Website operator and enquiry handler
This independent website is advertised and operated by Lee Gui Zhi. Property enquiries and WhatsApp communications are handled separately by Jay Teo (REN 28342), Property Consultant with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd E(1)1584, at +60 11-3996 8786. Information and purpose
This website does not ask for or store your name, telephone number or email address. It uses your selected enquiry type only to prepare a non-personal WhatsApp message in your browser. If you choose to continue, the prepared message is addressed to Jay Teo. You decide whether to send it and what personal information, if any, to provide directly in WhatsApp. Jay uses information sent through WhatsApp to answer your property enquiry, provide requested Seri Embun information, arrange follow-up or appointments, and maintain records reasonably needed for that enquiry.
Third-party processing and sharing
WhatsApp and Meta process messages under their own terms and privacy policy. Information sent through WhatsApp is received by Jay Teo as the property enquiry handler. It may be shared only when reasonably necessary to answer your request, with your agreement, or when required by law. If referral to another relevant party is proposed, you may ask who will receive your information before agreeing.
Access by the website operator
Lee Gui Zhi, the website operator, cannot access, store or retain WhatsApp enquiry information sent to and received by Jay Teo. Those WhatsApp messages are handled directly by Jay as the property enquiry handler.
Retention and security
WhatsApp enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed by the enquiry handler to respond, provide requested follow-up, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or messaging service is completely secure.
